The print is a gift; can you add a personal note to my order?

Of course. If you write it in the ‘additional notes’ section when you place your order, I will be sure to check and write it up for you.

Do you do custom prints & sizes?

Absolutely. Just drop me an email to hello@printbygeorge.com and I will be sure to get back to you.

Do your prints come framed?

I do not offer framing at this specific time. I can recommend framers within NZ, however with shipping logistics, I do not offer framing.

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

I ship every order as soon as possible, but all prints will be shipped within 3 weeks of your order unless stated on the site. You will receive a confirmation of shipping once they have been sent along with your tracking number when required.

I have a store; can I stock Print By George?

What is your returns policy?

All sales are final. All the details are clear on the website and I cannot refund for a change of mind. Sorry.

Can I use Print By George photographs on my own website or publication?

Yes, but please ask my permission first - more because I want to see it when it goes live!! If it is on any social media platforms, please credit back to Print By George.

Do you ship worldwide & what are the shipping/import taxes?

I do indeed. I want anybody and everybody to be able to have a Print By George print. For international shipping quotes for places outside, NZ, AUS, USA, UK, please get in touch and we will do our best to bring you the best rate.
In terms of import tax to your country, you are fully, 100% responsible for any charges. 

Can I purchase a high-res image to print myself?

I do not license my images to others to print for themselves.
